(1) 报告题目：土地利用覆盖变化及其政策驱动力分析：以吴起县为例

　　内容简介：政策可以规范和改变人类活动，影响土地利用方式和经营状况，从而影响一个地区的植被覆盖状况。政策对植被覆盖的影响要受到自然因素的制约，社会经济状况也会通过影响土地利用政策从而影响到植被覆盖的恢复。本研究以吴起县为例，通过遥感和GIS空间分析技术获取吴起县1995-2011年土地利用和植被覆盖数据，以及地形、气象和社会经济栅格数据，并在GIS平台下以村为单位对上述数据进行融合，建立空间数据库。通过多元回归模型和结构方程模型分析资源禀赋约束下退耕还林、禁伐以及禁牧等生态政策对研究区植被覆盖（植被指数）提升的贡献。

　　报告人简介：张道军，博士，国际数学地球科学协会（IAMG）会员，主要从事遥感及国土资源调查与评价的教学与科研工作，当前主持国家自然科学基金、中国博士后面上基金等纵横向基金5项，在《Mathematical Geosciences》、《Computers & Geosciences》、《Journal of Geochemical Exploration》、《地球科学：中国地质大学学报》、《吉林大学学报（地球科学版）》等国内外权威期刊发表学术论文10余篇。

　　内容简介：When Chinese leader Xi Jinping visited Central Asia and Southeast Asia in September and October 2013, he raised the initiative of jointly building the Silk Road Economic Belt and the 21st-Century Maritime Silk Road. The initiative calls for the integration of the region into a cohesive economic area through building infrastructure, increasing cultural exchanges, and broadening trade. This report conclude: Firstly, we introduce the brief history of one belt one road, it’s divided into Silk Road and Maritime Silk Road these two parts. Secondly, we talk about the establishment of Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank and the fund sources. Thirdly, we list the Silk Road and Maritime Silk Road benefits for China, which focuses on 13 key provinces along the OBOR routes and highlight some specific opportunities in each province. Finally, the report emphasizes the importance of China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) to both China and Pakistan.
